NSCDC Recruitment 2022/2023 Application Form Portal, Requirements and How to Apply

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) invites interested and eligible Nigerians to submit their application forms for a full-time appointment to fill existing vacancies in the following positions in the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps;

The NSCDC has announced the opening date for its recruitment portal for the 2022/2023 recruitment to be 12th December 2022 and all interested Nigerians are to submit their application form on the portal at most 2 weeks from the said date.

List of Available Vacancies at NSCDC and Requirements

GENERAL DUTY: CATEGORY A

Inspectorate Cadre
Inspector of Corps (IC) CONPASS 07
- Applicants must be holders of NCE or its equivalent in any related field, obtained from any recognized institution.

Assistant Inspector of Corps (AIC) CONPASS 06

Applicants must be holders of a National Diploma (ND) in any related field, obtained from any recognized Polytechnic/Institution.

ASSISTANT CADRE: CATEGORY B

Corps Assistant (CALI) 04

Applicants must be holders of GCE Ordinary Level, SSCE/NECO, or other equivalents with a maximum of five (5) credits in not more than two sittings, which should include English and Mathematics.

Corps Assistant (CA III) CONPASS 03

Applicants must be holders of GCE Ordinary Level, SSCE/NECO, or their equivalents with a minimum of five (5) credits in not more than two sittings which should include at least English and Mathematics or Trade Test Grade III (Artisans, Motor Driver Mechanics, Auto Electricals, Plumbers, Carpenters, etc.)

DRIVERS/MECHANICS/ARTISANS: CATEGORY C

Corps Assistant (CA II) CONPASS 04

Applicants must be holders of Trade Test Grade II (Motor Driver Mechanics, Auto Electricians, etc).

Corps Assistant (CA III) 03

Applicants must be holders of Trade Test Grade III (Motor Driver Mechanics, Auto Electricians, etc).

Note: National Driver’s License is required for all prospective drivers.

General Requirements for NSCDC Recruitment 2022

Applicant must be a Nigerian by birth.
Applicants must have the required qualifications and certificates for the position they wish to apply for. Only certificates or qualifications presented and accepted at the recruitment center shall be accepted after the recruitment.
Applicant must be physically and mentally fit and present a certificate of medical fitness from a recognized Government Hospital.
Applicant must be of good character, and must not have been convicted of a criminal offense.
Applicant must not be a member of a secret society, Cult or Drug Addict, etc.
Applicants must not be financially embarrassed.
Applicant should be between the age of 18 and 30 years
Applicant height must not be less than 1.65m for males and 1.60m for females.
Applicant chest measurement must not be less than 0.87 for men.
Being Computer Literate will be an added advantage

Applications should be Online

Candidates are expected to log on to the portal https://www.cdcfib.career from Monday 12th December 2022, fill out and submit the application form online. Candidates are advised to print out the Referee Forms which must be duly completed for submission during the screening exercise.

Candidates should NOTE that multiple applications will automatically be disqualified.

Closing Date

The deadline to apply for this recruitment is 2 weeks from 12th December 2022.
