• You should hold a university degree from a recognized university – First class honors or Second class upper
• Applicant should have Excellent analytical, presentation, and research skills
• Ability to take responsibility for personal growth
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering client solutions
• Attention to detail
• Strong teamwork
