Requirements for Mine Designer and Scheduler
1. Work Output Description
Updates, reports, and evaluates short- and long-term mine designs, and schedules in the CAD environment, and ensures that Mine designs conform to all applicable standards and legal requirements.
2. Minimum Requirements
– Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or NQF4 Equivalent
– Diploma or NQF 6 Equivalent in Survey/Mining/Geology/Rock Engineering
– CAD’s Mine Competence Assessment in Planning
– 3 Years’ Mining experience of which 2 Years must be in an Electronic Environment (Design and Schedule User/CadsMine/MicroStation)
3. Advantageous
– Day call/Business Objects Reporting experience
