Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified and eligible young Nigerians who have recently graduated from the university to apply for the 2024 TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program. Interested candidates should meet the requirements below and submit their applications.

About the TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program
The Total Nigeria Young Graduate program is an opportunity for young Nigerian graduates to discover a working life through a genuine hands-on professional experience while benefiting from international exposure just after graduating from university.
Founded by TotalEnergies in 2014, the Young Graduate Program is an initiative targeting newly graduated students from 30 African countries in which Total operates. The program is an opportunity for them to discover working while benefiting from international exposure just after graduating from university.
TotalEnergies is supporting young Africans to enter the job market by enabling them to improve their employability. This program is powerful evidence of TotalEnergies’s commitment to Africa where we act as a responsible economic player.
Program Duration
- This program is an 18-month-course program with 6 months in the country of origin (Nigeria)
- And 12 months of expatriation in another affiliate of TotalEnergies within Africa or at the HQ in Paris.
Application Requirements
- You should hold a BSc in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Must be less than 26years old
- Less than 1 year of professional experience
