About the OPM Scholarship

The Omega Power Ministry (OPM) scholarship is a fully funded scholarship sponsored by the OPM founder, Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere. The scholarship offers underprivileged Nigerians the opportunity to study both locally and internationally(depending on the scholarship opportunity). This scholarship is 100% free and has no exact eligibility criteria; however, there are basic requirements for one to qualify.

OPM Overseas Scholarship Update

Following the recent MOU signed by the founder of OPM(Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere) with the Nigerian Open University for students studying under the OPM scholarship programme in Europe and Asia to return to Nigeria and continue their studies over the increase of cost of living and high exchange rate of Dollar to Naira, students who wish to study overseas under this scholarship programme may not be sent to any of these places except under special arrangement(If the church finds very low tuition universities or completely free universities). But students can study in Ghana and some African countries.

Who Can Apply for the Scholarship

The OPM scholarship is open to all Nigerians and non-Nigerians alike provided the person is underprivileged and finds favour in the sight of the Founder and is intelligent. Some of the commonly picked persons are people who meet the following;

  • Be less privileged and intelligent and have an interest in the scholarship to study overseas
  • Orphans who are intelligent and want scholarships to study overseas
  • Less privileged Muslims who want to study abroad are also allowed to apply
  • People from churches from less privileged families who want scholarships to study overseas are allowed to apply.

Requirements 

An interested person should meet the following requirements;

  • Have a valid WAEC Result with a minimum of 5 credit passes
  • You must be intelligent

How to Apply

All eligible Nigerians who wish to submit their application can do so online or offline by sending their WAEC result to [email protected]

If you wish to apply offline, you can visit OPM GRA 2, No.2 Greg Ogbuife Street, GRA phase 2, Port Harcourt with your WAEC Result.

    I’m a security guard, I have admission already but don’t have the means of funding my education.
    I have so much passion for school but no help.
    I have been looking for a way of getting a loan that i will be paying while I combine my study with work but still couldn’t find help.
