Interested and eligible young South Africans especially people with disabilities are invited to submit their application forms for the 2024 Truworths Learnership Program. All eligible candidates should submit their application forms online via the Truworths learnership 2024 application portal.

About Truworths Learnership
The Truworths Learnership program is established to provide relevant training and work experience to recently graduated matriculants. The learnership program offers theoretical and practical learning in the clothing and retail industry.
The Learnership provides an opportunity for individuals to be cross-trained making them able to operate in our Credit Services environment, working telephonically with customers and providing customer services on queries pertaining to their store account. To be successful in this position you must be committed to learning and completing logbooks, be prepared for assessments, and be found to be competent as a Credit Services Agent.

Requirements for Truworths Learnership Program
- Work a minimum of 120 hours
- Learn, form knowledge, and complete logbooks
- Prepare for Assessments
- Assist customers with finding merchandise
- Merchandising the store according to the MBP principles
- Payments and purchases on the POS system
- Opening new accounts
- Maintaining and controlling stock
- Building relationships with customers
- Maintaining customer security and safety
- Grade 10
- Passion for fashion and retail
